1. Quality Issues – Free Return or Exchange
If your tailor shears arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.

2. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If you no longer need the shears or want to return them for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, left-hand vs. right-hand issue), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- ❗ Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- ❗ Shears must be brand new, unused, with no signs of blade wear or cutting marks
- ❗ Must be returned in unopened original packaging, including blade guard / cover if provided
- ❗ If the packaging is opened or the shears show signs of use, a partial refund may be offered after inspection
✂️ Even one cut can leave microscopic wear on precision blades. Please test fit and feel only — do not cut fabric unless you intend to keep the shears.
3. Condition Requirements for a Full Refund
To receive a full refund, returned tailor shears must:
- Be unused with no blade wear, scratches, or cutting marks
- Have no handle damage or signs of installation
- Be returned in original packaging (including blade guard / cover, adjustment key, and any included accessories)
- Include all original contents (e.g., instruction card, warranty card)
If the shears or packaging show wear, damage, missing parts, or signs of cutting, a partial refund may be issued after inspection.
⚠️ Proshear reserves the right to decline refunds for severely damaged, heavily used, or resharpened blades.
4. Return Authorization Required
To keep returns quick and organized, all returns must be authorized by Proshear before shipping.

- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
- Your shipping address
We will provide the correct return instructions and warehouse address.
❌ Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card)
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will be notified once the refund is completed
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Shears with visible blade wear, nicks, or signs of cutting
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper use (e.g., cutting wire, paper, or other inappropriate materials)
- Shears that have been resharpened by a third party
- Custom-engraved or personalized shears
- Items returned without prior authorization
7. Exchange Policy
Proshear will replace damaged or defective shears with the same product.
If you need an exchange (e.g., wrong size, right-hand vs. left-hand), contact us at info@proshearus.com within 30 days of delivery.
- For quality-related exchanges: Free shipping
- For non-quality exchanges: Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement
